Customer Experience Test Labs
Companies struggle with creating and implementing Customer and Employee Experience strategies and plans. So did Pirkanmaan Osuuskauppa. They have strong values but communicating about those in a customer-centric and engaging way was tricky. Pirkanmaan Osuuskauppa invited me to shake things up a bit!
We created a concrete Customer Experience Test Lab and invited customers to develop the comms strategy. The project was a success!
